I offer Clinical Massage Therapy for joint or muscle pain, injuries of all kinds, chronic pain sufferers, T.M.J. pain, neck, back pain, headaches and arthritis pain. I have treated a large list of painful syndromes such as: Carpal Tunnel, Rotator Cuff tears, Tennis or Golf elbow difficulties, sprains, strains, tendinitis, ankle and foot pain issues and plantar fasciitis. I also am knowledgeable with Prenatal massage and I also offer relaxation massage when all you want is to simply receive a relaxation massage.

I am skilled with a wide variety of massage therapy techniques such as: Neuromuscular Therapy, Orthopedic Massage, PNF: Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Active and Passive muscle engagement, Trigger Point/pressure point, Myofascial release, deep pressure, deep tissue, Strain/counter strain or contract relax, pin and stretch, Swedish, Cranial sacral Unwinding and Intra Oral. I also offer postural assessments to determine proper treatment strategy in assisting you to obtain your goals in returning to full function/pain free movement.

I offer one hour sessions for $95.
I offer discounts for those paying out of pocket:
$10.00 discount for paying at time of service
$15.00 discount for seniors and students

Insurance
I am credentialed to accept some Medical Insurance: Premera Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna and Group Health Cooperative. For work related Injuries: State of Washington Labor & Industries or through your companies self insured. I also can bill your Personal Injury Protection Policy through your Auto Insurance if you have been in an Automobile Collision. All insurance billed must have a Doctor’s prescription and be medically necessary.
